Have you ever stopped to think about your life?

Many times, we have moments in which we ask ourselves deep questions, but shake them off when we realize the answers we are looking for may scare us

Questions like:

  • What is life all about, anyway?
  • Isn't life supposed to be more than this?
  • Is this life really all there is?
  • Is God really there, and what is He like?
  • What will happen to me when I die?

The truth is, there is something more to life than what we "normally" see:  there is a God!  He created all things and loves you very much.

However, while the Lord loves us so very much, the presence of sin in our lives (rebellion against Him and His ways) makes it impossible for us to have closeness with Him.

Romans 3:23, "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God!"

However, the Lord has provided a remedy for this problem, a problem that we can't fix ourselves!

Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, into the world to die on the cross for our sin, and Christ's resurrection from the dead proves the price was paid and illustrates the promise of eternal life!

1 John 5:11-12,  "And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life."

You can make the decision today to accept Jesus into your heart, and have a life-changing relationship with Him that will last not only throughout the rest of your life on earth, but through eternity as well.

  • Come to Jesus just as you are!
  • Admit your need (I am a sinner)
  • Be willing to turn from your sin (repent)
  • Believe in your heart that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on the cross for you and was raised back to life (accept Him as the only way to God)
  • Talk to Jesus and invite Him to come into your heart and life and save you from your sins (receive Him as personal savior)

If you want to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, you can say this prayer:

"God, I know that I have sinned against you and deserve punishment. But Jesus Christ took the punishment that I deserve so that through faith in Him I could be forgiven. I turn away from my sin and place my trust in You for salvation. Thank You for Your wonderful grace and forgiveness - the gift of eternal life! Amen!"
